City Manager's Department
As the main contact for Saratoga’s elected officials, the City Manager acts as a liaison between the City Council and employees, and provides guidance and oversight to City staff in fulfilling the City Council’s objectives.
The Community Development Department is comprised of the Planning and Building divisions. Community Development is is also responsible for City Code compliance and maintaining city trees.
The City of Saratoga is served by two fire districts that operate independently of the City.
