Community Choice Energy
On February 2, 2016, the Saratoga City Council approved joining a countywide Community Choice Energy (CCE) partnership.
Cupertino Sanitary District
Cupertino Sanitary District provides sewer service to customers within the communities of Cupertino, portions of Saratoga, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, and unincorporated areas within Santa Clara County.
The City of Saratoga is served by the Saratoga Fire Protection District and Santa Clara County Fire District. Both Districts are operated by the Santa Clara County Fire Department. The Santa Clara County Fire Department serves Santa Clara County and the communities of Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno and Saratoga.
The Santa Clara County Library District serves the cities of Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, Saratoga, and the unincorporated areas of the County.
Rotating Safe Car Park (RSCP)
The RSCP's mission is to create safe and welcoming spaces where guests who are living in their cars can sleep, stabilize, recover, and gain access to social services.
San Andreas Regional Center
San Andreas Regional Center provides diagnostic and prevention services and advocates for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Saratoga students are served by seven school districts in an around the City of Saratoga. Depending on where you live in the city, the public school your children attend may be located nearby, but outside the City limits.
The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office West Valley Patrol Division serves the City of Saratoga for law enforcement services.

West Valley Collection & Recycling is the exclusive recycling, green waste and garbage hauler for Campbell, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and Saratoga.
West Valley Sanitation District
West Valley Sanitation District provides wastewater collection and disposal services for the cities of Campbell, Monte Sereno, Los Gatos, much of Saratoga, and some unincorporated areas of the county within the district boundary.
