This nearly 10-acre park sits on Glen Brae Drive. On the east is Saratoga Creek and south of the park is the Southern Pacific Railroad. To the north is the State-owned transportation corridor. Congress Springs Park has 3 soccer fields, 5 baseball diamonds, 2 children's play areas, on-site parking, and picnic facilities with barbecues. There is also an open turf practice field, concession stand, (owned and operated by local sports leagues), restrooms, and drinking fountains.
