Housing Element Schedule Update

At the City Council meeting on December 7, the Council reviewed and approved responses to the California Department of Housing and Community Development's (HCD) comments. These responses detail changes that will be implemented in the draft Housing Element. View the responses and other Housing Element materials on the meeting agenda.

The revised Housing Element and Draft Environmental Impact Report will now be posted online for community review in early January 2023.
Details about how to share input will be provided then. After community review, the revised Housing Element will be submitted to HCD for their second review.
