More… The City of Saratoga obtained an encroachment permit to create parklets along Big Basin Way for public seating and outdoor dining during the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 13 parklets may be temporarily located in on-street parking on Big Basin Way between Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road and 6th Street. At a minimum, the parklets are expected to be in place through the end of November 2020. While one of the goals of the Big Basin Way Parklets is to provide space for outdoor dining, they are just like any City park and are open to the general public.
